401(k) Plan

To help you prepare for retirement, Klinge offers a qualified 401(k) plan with a company match. These funds are automatically deposited into your 401(k). Here are the details:

 

• You are eligible to participate after one month of service with Klinge.

• Klinge will match your contributions to your 401(k) plan up to 3% of your salary, and 50% of your contributions between 3% and 5% of your salary.

• We may also make a profit-sharing contribution each year.

• There may be special requirements for you to receive the company's contributions.
